One of the parts of the appointment that stuck out the most was when the vet mentioned that it said in her notes that "Cora loves kisses". Brittney and I were very happy to hear that aside from all the normal notes (shots,exams,sickness ect.), that you guys would take the time to write down a positive note in her file.
My name is Jeff Russell and my Girlfriend's name is Brittney Girouard. Yesterday, (11/9/2016) we brought her dog Cora in for an exam, and I just wanted to mention how wonderful of an experience all three of us had. Right away we were greeted by two very kind lady's that worked in the receptionist area whom assisted us during the intake process (which was very quick). This being my first time at the vet, I was unsure of how Cora would behave. These women made it such a pleasant experience for Cora, They gave her treats and much appreciated attention. Cora was so excited the whole time, it reminded me of how I felt when my mom used to let me roam around the play area in the local McDonald's. It was a sight to see.

Overall, this was such a wonderful experience for Cora, Brittney, and myself. Everyone there is so kind, friendly, professional, super personable, and everyone is extremely genuine and caring to the animals. We don't usually write reviews on anything but Spencer Veterinary Hospital definitely deserves some recognition. We are looking forward to our next trip there which will be for our cat Wren. We might even have to bring Cora in to say hi to everyone.
Glad I switched vets. Everyone here is so nice. And Dr. Fagerquist is wonderful and awesome with my dog. They are very informative and give you all the information ahead so you can make a care plan for your pet. And they don't push you into doing anything you can't afford atm. Anyway. I'll def be bringing all my animals future and present to them.

I only have great things to say about Dr. Fagerquist and her staff. My 18 year old cat needed extensive dental work. Understandably, because of his age I was very concerned with the anesthesia, etc. Tiger did remarkably well. The veterinary technician, Brittany was extremely informative, as is the entire staff. Dr. Fagerquist is an extremely intelligent, compassionate, talented veterinarian. She treats the animals as if they were her own pets, what would she do in this instance if it were her pet? Tiger ended up having 9 teeth removed. He was eating canned food that evening, stitches and all. No vomiting, as he had been given an injection for nausea, an antibiotic shot and buprenex for pain. He seems much happier and can now eat, pain free. My other cat is having a dental cleaning next week. Happy cat mom.

Spencer Vet delivers a WOW experience! My two dogs actually love going there. There is a board on the wall with every pet they are looking forward to seeing that day. The staff cares about your pet and your experience. I am one satisfied pet owner!

I would also like to mention the Veterinarian that seen us. Within 5 seconds of her entering the room, you can see how much she cares about animals. Her level of professionalism and friendliness is something that needs to be recognized. I do apologize, I did not get her name or the receptionists, but will make it a point to the next time I'm there.
